CATALOG ORDERS
How do I order an item from your on-line catalog?
Simply click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button next to the item that you'd like to purchase. Enter in the quantity of the item. You can change the quantities by entering in a new quantity and clicking the "recalculate" button. If you wish to delete an item from your shopping cart, select the "remove" key. You can then continue shopping or complete your order by following the on-screen directions.

Is ordering on-line safe?
Your privacy is protected when you order from Foxfire Printing and Packaging. Our secure shopping cart uses the current secure server technology. Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains secure at all times. Credit card numbers and your personal information are encrypted so none of your information can be read. Your email address is never shared with anyone. You may receive promotional email, only from us, and you can easily opt-out at any time with a link in the emails you receive.

What if I am still uncomfortable ordering on-line?
No problem. Call us at 800-497-0512 or 302-533-2240 and we will be happy to process your order over the phone. Or fax your order in to 302-533-2241.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Foxfire has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for stock items. Simply return the item in new condition with the packing list within 15 days, and you will get a full refund. For custom work, if we have deviated from your supplied specifications or artwork, we will refund your purchase.

What is Foxfire's policy on refused shipments and late returns?
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all refused shipments and on all items returned after 15 days. Credit card returns are subject to an additional 3% fee. To qualify for a full or partial refund, returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.

Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, we have a $10 minimum order.

Are there any handling fees for catalog orders?
There will be a $5 handling fee charged to orders under $30.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. Open accounts and billing terms must be set up in advance with our credit/billing department.

How long will it take to get my catalog order?
Orders will be shipped the most economical way unless expedited shipping (additional cost) is requested. Rush orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. (EST) or will be sent out the next working day using the expedited shipping method requested. Ground service orders will be processed and shipped within two business days, though we make every effort to ship same day if orders are placed by 2:00 p.m. (EST). Please see shopping cart for shipping options and rates.

What about published prices?
Prices are subject to change without notice. Foxfire reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing and/or copy.

What about sales tax?
Items sold by Foxfire Signs, and shipped to destinations in the states of MD, NJ, NC, NY, AZ, PA, CA, and FL are subject to tax.

CUSTOM PRINTING
How long does it take to get a quote?
We try to respond with quotes in 24 hours or less. We reserve the right to revise a quote if the actual specifications change. All quotations are valid for 30 days.

How long does it take to have my job printed?
We turn around most printing jobs within 5-10 working days after approval of final art.

What do I need to send you?
We have prepared a PDF file that goes over our art requirement details. Click here to view and print: art requirements. In brief, we can take any Mac Quark, Illustrator®, Photoshop®, Freehand®, or EPS file on CD or DVD disk.

Please notify us that you are sending artwork.

Will I get a proof?
Proofs will be supplied for your approval prior to start of a job. We do not accept responsibility for editing or proofreading. Any changes made from customer-supplied art will be charged to the customer. Costs for the changes will be billed at $65/hour.

What is Foxfire's policy concerning over and under runs?
Jobs may be shipped 10% less than, or 10%, over the actual order quantity and be considered complete unless otherwise specified. Customer will be billed for actual quantity delivered.

Does Foxfire extend credit terms?
Yes. However, to obtain credit you must first complete a credit application. Foxfire's accounting department will review the application and determine if and how much credit is warranted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Is shipping included in your prices?I
Catalog prices do not include shipping. Merchandise will be shipped the most economical way unless otherwise instructed. Shipping will be added to each order and is calculated during the checkout process. The shipping total displayed online is only an estimate. In certain cases shipping costs could actually be higher depending on shipping location, box weight, and any applicable taxes or tariffs on shipping and/or handling. If the rate is going to be substantially more than stated, we will call you. Your total will be adjusted accordingly. If you need your package shipping in a specific manner, you are required to contact us by phone at the time of your order.

Packaging, Shipping and Rush Service policies:
Prices are based on bulk packaging. Prices for multiple drop-shipments, individual carton packing or rush service will be provided upon request. We ship using UPS services, but we reserve the right to ship goods through whichever shipping company we deem appropriate, even if you specify a shipping method during checkout. This can include USPS, UPS, Fedex, or another company. Most orders are shipped the same day, or within 24 hours of being received (weekdays).

Does Foxfire ship internationally?
Foxfire ships worldwide, however our on-line store will accept orders and calculate shipping for companies located in the continental states only. For Hawaii, Alaska, and for international orders, please order via phone by calling 1-800-497-0512.

Where can I check on shipping transit times?
We use UPS for standard ground shipments. You can approximate UPS Ground Time-In-Transit map by entering our zip code, 19713, at this page.
You will be assigned a UPS tracking number on your order status page (visible by logging in from the website, or by clicking the link provided in your order confirmation email) as soon as your order is shipped.
